What Edvation is
Edvation (www.edvation.ai) is a complete school platform for Indian K-12 education — admissions, attendance, fees, timetable, assessments, report cards and parent communication — with 20 built-in AI agents that teach from the school's own uploaded textbooks. Every AI answer is page-cited so it can be checked against the printed book, works for any board (CBSE, ICSE, State boards, IB), and is available in 13 Indian languages, including voice. Edvation is developed by AI Nexus Innovations Hub Pvt Ltd (www.ainexushub.ai), registered in India and Singapore, with its office in Bengaluru, India, and is hosted in India (AWS Mumbai).
The principles it is built on
Grounded, or flagged
AI output grounds in the school’s own uploaded textbooks and data. When it cannot ground, it says so — it never invents a syllabus, a statistic or a student.
Page-cited, checkable
Answers cite the page they came from, so a student, a parent or a teacher can open the printed book and check.
Anti-cheating by design
Hints before answers, coaching before ghostwriting, and teacher controls over both. AI that builds ability, not dependence.
Cost-transparent
Every AI call records its cost, and the product shows it — schools see what the AI actually spends.
Consent-first, DPDP-aligned
Children’s features sit behind verifiable parental consent; child audio for speech practice is scored in the browser; student work never trains any AI model.
Hosted in India
The platform runs in the AWS Mumbai region (ap-south-1), with server-enforced role-based access and audit trails.
