Career Compass:
discover who you could be
Career Compass helps a student explore careers through a scenario-based interview rather than a dry quiz, then produces a parent kit in 13 languages so families can talk through the options together in their first language.
What makes Career Compass different
Situational questions reveal genuine inclinations, avoiding the "pick your favourite subject" shallowness of typical quizzes.
Families discuss careers in their first language, so parents are real partners in the decision.
Career directions are backed by a real occupations crosswalk, not vague personality labels.
