How grounding works
Upload the book once. Eleven agents read it.
A teacher uploads the school’s own textbook PDF. It is split into chapters and read into a searchable corpus. From then on the tutor, the quiz generator, the lesson kit, the mind-maps, the audio and the mock papers all answer from that book — and each one attaches the page.

When a chapter is selected the agent reads it straight through, in the order it is printed, rather than guessing which paragraph looks closest. That is the difference between an answer you can check and one you have to trust.

Everything below is enforced by the software, not promised in a policy page.
Your data stays in India
Databases, files and the message bus run in AWS Mumbai. Speech recognition runs in Azure Central India. Encryption at rest and in transit is managed by those platforms.
Consent is modelled, not assumed
Consent is recorded for each purpose separately and can be withdrawn. A data-subject request runs through a scoped executor that actually deletes, with a reconciler for anything half-done.
Children’s safety is a design constraint
Practice mode refuses to give answers. The writing coach cannot write the essay. Voice recording sits behind a consent gate. Parents see practice counts, never their child’s conversation. Drill screen time is capped.
The AI bill cannot run away
A daily spend cap per user is enforced before the model is called, not totted up afterwards. Every call is priced from real usage and written to an audit record in its own transaction, so a crash cannot lose it.
The copilot cannot change your records
It reads freely and proposes actions, but every button is built from the tools that actually ran — not from what the model claimed — and you confirm each one yourself.
A short list of who else is involved
Each subprocessor is named with a single stated purpose on our Trust Centre. No advertising networks, no analytics brokers, no data resellers.
We say designed for and aligned with the DPDP Act — never certified. We hold no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification and do not claim one. The product ships accessibility features, which is a different claim from a conformance audit.

We price it with you, per school.
Schools differ too much for a public price list to be honest — a 300-student school and a 3,000-student group are not the same conversation. Tell us your size and which agents you want on, and we will put a number to it.

Questions
What schools ask us first.
Does the AI make things up?
The grounded agents answer from the textbooks your school uploaded and attach the page number, which you can open and read against the printed book. When nothing usable is found, the agent says so instead of inventing — the chapter-audio pipeline, for instance, refuses outright rather than narrating the wrong chapter. On the copilot, a separate check scans every reply for people who were not in the underlying data.
Can students use it to cheat?
Practice mode is built to refuse. It gives a probing question, then a concept pointer, then a worked example of a similar problem — and flags the teacher on the fourth ask. A check compares the reply against the known answer, ignoring case, spacing and punctuation, so a reworded answer cannot slip through. The writing coach has a hard reply cap so it cannot produce a pasteable essay, and a teacher can lock practice mode for a window.
Which textbooks does it support?
Whichever ones you upload. Because it reads your own PDFs rather than a bundled publisher library, it is equally accurate for CBSE, ICSE and ISC, and every State board.
Which languages?
13: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi, Urdu, Odia and Assamese. It is one list in the backend, so the agents, the audio and the reports all use exactly the same set.
Where is our data stored?
AWS Mumbai for databases, files and the message bus. Speech recognition runs in Azure Central India. Encryption at rest and in transit is managed by those platforms.
How do we stop the AI bill exploding?
A daily spend cap per user is checked before each model call, alongside a monthly total. Each agent also has its own daily quota and a limit on concurrent use that returns a clean "busy" rather than degrading everything else. Every call is priced from real usage and attributed to a user.
Is it DPDP compliant?
It is designed for and aligned with the DPDP Act: consent is recorded per purpose and can be withdrawn, data-subject requests run through an executor that actually deletes, and parents have their own privacy and data-export screens. We do not describe ourselves as certified, and we will not until counsel says we may.
Does it replace our SIS or LMS?
For most Indian schools it replaces the SIS outright — admissions, attendance, grading, fees, staff and compliance are all first-class here. It is not an LMS in the SCORM or LTI sense. If you run Canvas or PowerSchool, we have connector clients for both.
Can teachers edit what the AI produces?
Always. Lesson kits and quizzes arrive as drafts. A generated quiz stays a draft until a teacher publishes it. Mock-paper results stay hidden until a teacher releases them. A chapter song will not be composed at all until a teacher approves the lyrics.
What happens on a bad connection, or if a provider goes down?
The app installs on a phone and works offline for the parts that can — attendance shows an offline indicator, and the daily review queues and syncs later. Behind the scenes each AI capability has more than one provider and picks at call time; a missing key degrades to a clear error or a labelled fallback, never a crash and never a silent fake.
